In Avowed, the treasure from the Practical Pockets Map is located northeast of the Ranger Headquarters in Emerald Stair, as shown in the marked map image above.
After fast traveling to the Rolling Crags Beacon, turn right and head straight, keeping the Ranger Headquarters on your right.
