In the chilling universe of *R.E.P.O.*, your survival hinges on the strategic use of items, which can mean the difference between advancing to the next level or facing the dreaded Disposal Arena with your teammates. Among these critical tools, Recharge Drones stand out as vital for success, so let's dive into how to acquire and utilize them effectively.

What Recharge Drones Do

While navigating the treacherous landscapes of *R.E.P.O.*, you'll encounter various items at the Service Station. Some, like Mines and Grenades, are one-and-done, but others boast a "battery life" that can be replenished with Energy Crystals. Early in your journey, you'll spot a container-like object in your truck, designed for recharging your weapons or drones. Each recharge, however, consumes an Energy Crystal.

To revive a chargeable item, simply place it in the yellow bucket beside the container, and watch as it regains its vigor. This process is crucial for keeping your gear battle-ready as you face hordes of monsters across different levels.

Yet, some levels can be particularly draining, and your items may wear out quickly based on usage. While you can recharge at your truck with Energy Crystals, you won't always have it nearby. This is where the Recharge Drone becomes indispensable, allowing you to manage your items' energy on the go.

How to Get and Use the Recharge Drone in R.E.P.O.

After triumphantly completing a level, you'll find yourself at the Service Station, where you can restock on essential gear—provided you have the funds. The Recharge Drone, like other items, randomly appears here and might take a few visits to show up, but it's worth the wait. Priced between $4-5K, this compact cube will occupy one of your inventory slots, so you'll need to assign it a number (1, 2, or 3) upon purchase.

Let the drone work its magic, and once it's drained, you can recharge it back at your truck using the container and an Energy Crystal.
