How to Get Ingenuity Utility Belt Unique in PoE 2
The Ingenuity Utility Belt is an exclusive drop from the King in the Mists, the endgame Ritual Boss. To challenge this boss, players must use the 'An Audience With the King' item at the Realmgate in the Atlas. Upon entering, you'll face waves of enemies before reaching the final showdown. Victory over the King in the Mists offers a chance at the Ingenuity Utility Belt, though it's not a guaranteed drop.
The King in the Mists has a unique drop table, and Ingenuity is one of five potential uniques:
- The Burden of Shadows Chiming Staff
Beetlebite
From Nothing
Pragmatism- Ingenuity
The King in the Mists presents varying levels of difficulty, with higher tiers increasing both the boss's power and the drop chance of the belt. Players should be prepared for the boss's potent AoE attacks, which can one-shot unprepared builds. Fortunately, these attacks are similar to those encountered in the Act 1 boss fight in Freythorn, offering a preview of what to expect.

How to Get 'An Audience With the King' in PoE 2
'An Audience with the King' can be acquired through two main methods:
- Trade Site/Currency Exchange: This item typically costs between 4-7
Divine Orbs. - Ritual Maps: It has a small chance of appearing as a Ritual favor in Ritual maps, costing between 2700 to 3900 Tribute. If the cost is prohibitive, players can defer the item by selecting 'Defer' at the bottom of the 'Favours' menu. This will lower the cost in future Rituals, typically within 1-4 maps.
If you're not ready to face the endgame boss after obtaining 'An Audience with the King', consider seeking a carry from other players for 1-2 Divine Orbs. This not only helps you progress but also earns you Ritual points on the Atlas and additional rewards.
Can You Get The Utility Belt Using Orb of Chance in PoE 2
Unfortunately, the Ingenuity Utility Belt cannot be obtained using an 
Orb of Chance. It does not belong to the regular loot table and thus cannot be dropped from standard monster kills or through the use of chance orbs, unlike items such as 
Astramentis or 
Polcirkeln. The only ways to acquire the Ingenuity Utility Belt are by defeating the King in the Mists or through trading.
