"Resident Evil Joins Dead by Daylight for 2v8 Mode Return"

Dead by Daylight has joined forces with the iconic Resident Evil series to introduce an exhilarating new 2v8 mode. This collaboration brings a fresh and thrilling twist to the gameplay, featuring legendary villains from Capcom's renowned horror series.

Players can embody two notorious antagonists: Nemesis and Albert Wesker, also known as The Puppeteer. They will confront a team of Resident Evil's most celebrated heroes, including:

  • Jill Valentine
  • Leon Kennedy
  • Claire Redfield
  • Ada Wong

The intense battles unfold within the iconic Raccoon City Police Station, setting the stage for memorable encounters.

What makes this collaboration particularly unique is the unprecedented teaming up of Nemesis and Wesker in this type of gameplay, offering a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Both characters utilize their signature infection-based abilities: Nemesis harnesses the power of the T-Virus, while Wesker employs Uroboros to target Survivors.

In the 2v8 mode, players can collect special herbs inspired by the Resident Evil series. These herbs serve various purposes: some provide healing for Survivors, while yellow herbs are utilized to repair hooks. Interestingly, Killers can also gather herbs, which grant them a temporary speed increase, adding another layer of strategy to the gameplay.

Whether you're new to the 2v8 mode or a seasoned player, it's crucial to be aware of the significant changes. The traditional Powers and Perks system has been replaced with an innovative Class System, which introduces a range of strategic options for both Killers and Survivors, enhancing the gameplay experience.

The Dead by Daylight x Resident Evil collaboration will be available until February 25, giving players plenty of time to dive into this thrilling crossover. Don't miss out on this unique blend of horror and strategy!
