⚫︎ SHIFT UP, the creators of Stellar Blade, have teamed up with JND Studios to launch pre-orders for stunning 1/3 scale hyper-realistic figures of characters EVE and Tachy. The Dual version, priced at $3,599, sold out in mere minutes on April 18, while limited stock remains for the individual EVE figure at $2,199. These highly detailed statues are set to be released in the third quarter of 2026.

⚫︎ JND Studios is set to produce officially licensed, hyper-realistic figurines of Stellar Blade's protagonist Eve and the eighth boss Tachy. This collaboration with Shift-Up was first announced in July 2024, with the specific characters confirmed on April 8, 2025. These collectibles are slated for release later this year.

⚫︎ During the latest State of Play, Shift Up unveiled that Stellar Blade will be available on PC starting June 2025. Alongside this announcement, they confirmed the release of the Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC in the same month, which includes a new boss battle, collectible dolls and stickers, and an additional outfit.

⚫︎ To kick off the new year, Shift Up Studio has generously awarded each of its employees with a PlayStation 5 Pro console and a collective bonus of ¥1,000,000 (about $32,000). This gesture celebrates the successful 2023 launch of Stellar Blade—the studio's first console title—on PlayStation 5, which received acclaim, strong sales, and multiple nominations at The Game Awards.

⚫︎ The PlayStation Blog's Game of the Year 2024 Awards have been announced, and Stellar Blade's protagonist, Eve, took home the prize in the Best New Character category. Eve outperformed competitors such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Jane Harrow, Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s Emmrich Volkarin, and Rise of the Rōnin’s Ryoma Sakamoto, who together garnered the majority of votes. Other notable mentions included Metaphor: ReFantazio’s Strohl, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail’s Wuk Lamat, and Helldivers 2’s General Brasch, showcasing significant fan support.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade is set to celebrate the holidays with a festive event in Xion starting December 17, 2024. The city square and The Last Gulp gathering hall will be adorned with twinkling lights, a vibrant Christmas tree, and seasonal decorations. The in-game ambience will feature new BGM tracks, "Dawn (Winter)" and "Take Me Away," providing a soothing and romantic atmosphere. Additionally, a holiday-themed mini-game will be introduced, offering light-hearted fun and rewards upon completion.

⚫︎ Shift Up has released a patch addressing issues that surfaced with the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata update. The update, which introduced Nier Automata-themed cosmetics and a new Photo Mode, became popular for its Easter eggs, such as Eve’s 2B outfits, but also caused unexpected crashes and missing costumes. The hotfix enhances Photo Mode stability, preventing crashes during in-game screenshots, and restores any missing Nier Automata outfits, ensuring players can enjoy the new content seamlessly.

⚫︎ On November 11, 2024, Shift Up Studio’s technical director Donki Lee announced two significant updates for Stellar Blade. The first was a free update (version 1.009.001) that introduced four new outfits, one accessory available through an in-game ending, expanded lip-sync support, and a new photo mode. The second was the announcement of Stellar Blade’s first paid DLC, a crossover with NieR: Automata. This collaboration, developed by Directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro, reflects the influence of Automata on the project and is described as a partnership filled with mutual respect and creativity.
