A week after teasing the collaboration, Tower of God: New World has officially welcomed Mori Calliope and Tokoyami Towa to its ever-expanding roster. Fans can now play as these hololive stars, who join as SSR+ teammates and bring their unique flair and a touch of chaos to the game. Alongside their arrival, the update introduces several limited-time events that will run through April 23rd.
Both Mori Calliope and Tokoyami Towa are Yellow element units. [hololive] Mori Calliope excels as a fast-paced Assassin-type Scout, while [hololive] Tokoyami Towa supports the team as a Wave Controller. Their kits are loaded with eye-catching skills that should delight both Tower of God enthusiasts and hololive fans alike.
The collaboration features a special story event titled "We May Be Reaper & Demon, but We’ll Be Maids!" where the VTuber duo dons maid uniforms, stepping away from their usual grim roles. By completing the event missions, players can earn materials such as Tower’s Blessing Break Stones, as well as a variety of cosmetics and power-up rewards.
Additionally, the update includes a hololive Collab Special Summon with increased rates for these characters, and a Daily Festa that offers rewards for simply logging in and completing missions. Players can earn up to 100 hololive Collab Summon Tickets through these activities.
For those new to hololive, it's a leading female VTuber group managed by Cover Corporation, which has rapidly become a global sensation. From pioneering in the virtual streaming industry to charting on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, hololive's impact is undeniable. Their inclusion in this collectible RPG is sure to attract even more attention to Tower of God: New World.
