MK Mobile Marks 10 Years with Geras, Skarlet

Author : Olivia May 01,2025

Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating its monumental 10th anniversary with an exciting update that introduces new content and special events. Since its launch in 2015, this beloved fighting game has garnered nearly 230 million downloads and now boasts a roster of over 175 fighters from various eras of the franchise.

To mark this significant milestone, Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios are rolling out two new fighters, a revamped game mode, and daily rewards. On March 25th, MK1 Geras and Klassic Skarlet will join the fray, bringing unique abilities to the battlefield.

MK1 Geras, the guardian of Liu Kang’s New Era, uses time and sand to defend his allies. His Sands of Time passive ability not only reduces incoming damage but also heals his team. His devastating Fatal Blow, Colliding Worlds, pulls enemies through a time portal for a double hit.

Klassic Skarlet, inspired by her Mortal Kombat 11 appearance, is a blood mage whose power escalates with each battle. Her abilities drain the life force of her opponents, weakening them while boosting her own attacks.

Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary Update

Both characters will be available through the exclusive 10-Year Anniversary Kombat Pass. The Premium Pass includes a Diamond MK1 Geras, while the Premium+ Pass offers MK1 Geras and early access to a Gold Klassic Skarlet.

Don't miss out on the special login event from April 1st to 10th, where you can claim fan-favorite characters like MK11 Scorpion, Thundergod Raiden, and Fire God Liu Kang for free each day. Additionally, the Faction Wars mode is being transformed into Realm Klash, offering new challenges and rewards starting March 26th.
