Casper now wants you to infiltrate the vineyard north of Kuttenberg to investigate a specific incense. Avoid trespassing by following the main road. Speak with the recruiter; this initiates the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Proceed to find Jerome, who'll explain vineyard work.
Working the Vineyard

Once you have the wicks (and optionally seedlings), return to Casper to complete both "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas." You're now free to pursue other quests, such as "Master Schindel's Toys."
