Adding Friends in Marvel Rivals

It's important to note that Marvel Rivals currently does not support cross-progression or cross-play. This means you can't add friends from different platforms just yet. However, the developers have promised that these features are on the horizon, so stay tuned for future updates.

To add friends within the game, launch Marvel Rivals and locate the add friends icon, typically found in the top corner next to your player profile. Clicking on it will display a list of players you've recently played with. Simply click on their names to send a friend request.

If you know the username of the player you want to add, use the search bar to find them. Type in their username, hit Enter, and then send them a friend request. Once they accept, they'll appear in your friends list, ready to join you in battle.

How to Play With Friends

With your friends list populated, you're all set to start playing matches together in Marvel Rivals. Click on the friends list icon, located in the top right corner of the screen, to view your friends. Find the friend you wish to play with, select their username, and send them an invite to join your game.

Once they've joined, you can queue up for quick play or jump into Competitive matches together. If you're playing on a console, friends added at the system level will automatically appear in your Marvel Rivals friends list, streamlining the process of inviting and playing with them.

That's all you need to know about adding friends and teaming up in Marvel Rivals. For more tips and detailed information on the game, make sure to visit The Escapist.
