Huntbound: A 2D Co-op Monster Hunter for Mobile

Coming soon to mobile devices, Huntbound is a 2D cooperative RPG promising engaging monster hunting action. Featuring cooperative gameplay, upgradeable equipment, and a diverse roster of unique monsters, it's a title that will resonate with Monster Hunter fans.

Essentially, Huntbound offers a streamlined, 2D take on the Monster Hunter formula. Players explore a vast world, battling colossal beasts and crafting superior weapons to tackle increasingly challenging encounters. While simplicity is key, the game boasts appealing, albeit minimalist, graphics and engaging gameplay. It provides a compelling alternative for those seeking a less demanding experience than titles like Monster Hunter Outlanders.

The Hunt Begins

Despite its simplified nature, Huntbound retains core elements of the genre. Expect upgradeable gear, distinctive boss monsters, character customization options, and, importantly, the ability to team up with friends for cooperative hunts. The game also evokes a nostalgic feel reminiscent of classic side-scrolling beat 'em ups from the Flash era.

Huntbound is slated for release on Google Play on February 4th. If you're a fan of the genre, it's definitely worth keeping an eye on. For more upcoming mobile games, check out our "Ahead of the Game" feature.
