No Troop, Spell, or Siege Machine Training Time!
Imagine diving into back-to-back battles without any wait time. That's right, the March 2025 update is removing all training times for Troops, Spells, and Siege Machines, making gameplay more dynamic and fast-paced than ever before. Hero recovery times are also a thing of the past, ensuring your heroes are always ready to join the fray. This exciting change applies to players in the Titan League and below, while the Legend League will retain its eight-battle limit per day for now.
This significant update is part of Supercell's ongoing effort to streamline Clash of Clans by removing outdated mechanics. Following the removal of training costs in 2022, the elimination of training time further enhances the player experience by removing artificial barriers to gameplay.
In line with these changes, Training Potions and Training Treats will be phased out as they become obsolete. These items will be removed from in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining in player inventories will be converted into Gems.
There’s a New Match Anytime System!
Ever run out of real bases to attack? The new Match Anytime system is here to solve that problem. When live bases are scarce, you'll now be able to attack snapshot bases—saved versions of real player bases that are currently under Shield. These battles function just like normal ones, allowing you to earn loot and trophies, but the defender won’t lose anything. This system, already familiar in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, is now expanding to multiplayer battles.
To balance the increased number of battles per session, adjustments are being made to the Trophy Curves, reducing the number of trophies earned from victories. Additionally, Clan Castle request timers will be standardized at 10 minutes for all players, ensuring a smoother and more consistent gameplay experience.
