EA Unveils The Sims 4: Businesses & Hobbies Gameplay

Electronic Arts has just unveiled the exciting Businesses and Hobbies expansion for The Sims 4, and they've released a brand-new gameplay trailer that gives us an in-depth look at what's in store. If you're a fan of The Sims 2: Open for Business or The Sims 2: Freetime, you'll find this expansion pack familiar as it draws inspiration from both, while also expanding on the career paths introduced in The Sims 4: Get to Work. This new pack introduces a variety of new hobbies for your Sims to dive into.

Running a business in this expansion goes beyond just managing a tattoo parlor. Virtually any activity in the game can be transformed into a profitable venture. Whether you're interested in opening a daycare for toddlers or giving paid lectures, the possibilities are endless—and lucrative! Businesses can employ up to three Sims, or you can keep it a family affair.

One of the most thrilling features is the integration with previous expansions. If you own Cats & Dogs, you can now open your very own cat café! Turn your passion into a career by running a ceramics shop, tattoo studio, or training workshop. You can charge customers by the hour or with a one-time entry fee. For those interested in body art, you'll have the opportunity to design your own tattoos!

The Businesses & Hobbies expansion is set to launch on March 6. Pre-orders are currently available, and early adopters will receive the Business Starter pack as a special bonus. This pack includes a decorative statue, a bakery display case, and a stylish desk lamp.
