Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Progression Guide

In Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, your primary objective is to swiftly progress through the story campaign and elevate your Commander level to 30. Achieving this milestone unlocks crucial game features such as PvP and Boss Fights, which offer rewarding incentives. This guide provides a step-by-step roadmap to reach these goals and offers strategic advice on managing your stamina effectively.

Reroll

For free-to-play (F2P) players, rerolling at the game's launch is highly recommended to secure a strong start. Aim to obtain Suomi from the rate-up banner, along with either Qiongjiu or Tololo from the standard or discounted beginner's banner. Securing Suomi and another SSR DPS unit will set you up for a powerful beginning.

Push Through the Story

Focus on advancing through the story campaign. Prioritize main missions over side battles initially, as progressing through the campaign is key to leveling up your account. Continue until you need to boost your Commander level to proceed, at which point you should shift focus to other activities.

Do Your Summons as Necessary

As you complete missions, you'll accumulate summon tickets and Collapse Pieces. Reserve your Collapse Pieces for rate-up banners exclusively. If you haven't obtained Suomi yet, allocate all resources towards her banner. Otherwise, use your standard summoning tickets on the standard banner to acquire additional SSR characters.

Limit Break and Level Up

Your characters' levels are linked to your account level. Whenever your Commander level increases, visit the Fitting Room to enhance your Dolls and upgrade their weapons. At level 20, you'll need Stock Bars to break the limit, obtainable through Supply Missions in the Campaign menu. Concentrate on upgrading your core team of four Dolls, ideally including Suomi, Qiongjiu, and/or Tololo, supplemented by characters like Sharkry and Ksenia.

Do the Event Missions

Upon reaching level 20, participate in event missions. These time-limited missions offer a new side story and valuable rewards like Collapse Pieces and event currency. Complete all Normal missions and tackle at least the first Hard mission daily. Use the earned currency to clear the event shop, securing summon tickets, Collapse Pieces, SR characters, weapons, and other essential resources.

Dispatch Room and Affinity

Like many gacha games, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium features an affinity system. Visit the Dormitory to gift presents to your Dolls, boosting their affinity level. This enables them to undertake Dispatch missions, providing passive resource generation. Additionally, you can earn Wish Coins for a separate gacha system and possibly obtain a copy of Perithya. The Dispatch shop also offers summon tickets and other useful items, so stay engaged with this feature.

Boss Fights and Combat Exercise

Focus on Boss Fights and Combat Exercise modes. Boss Fights involve defeating a boss within a set number of turns, with escalating difficulty levels. Assemble a team featuring Qiongjiu, Suomi, Ksenia, and Sharkry for optimal performance. Combat Exercise serves as the game's PvP mode, where losses don't penalize your points. Set up a weaker defense to farm points for others while targeting easy opponents to accumulate points yourself.

Hard Mode Campaign Missions

Once you've completed all Normal mode campaign missions, shift to Hard mode and side battles. While these missions don't yield Commander experience, they provide valuable Collapse Pieces and summon tickets.
