"Firefighting Simulator: Ignite Coming to PC, PS5, Xbox"

Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, renowned for their Construction Simulator games, and publisher astragon have unveiled their latest project, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. Set to launch in Fall 2025, this immersive simulation game harnesses the power of Unreal Engine 5, placing you directly in the high-stakes world of firefighting. Players will tackle a range of intense scenarios, from rescuing trapped citizens to battling electrical blazes, handling flammable liquids, and managing grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. The game also supports four-player co-op, allowing friends to team up and face these challenges together. Firefighting Simulator: Ignite will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The game promises to deliver realistic fire, smoke, and heat physics, enhancing the immersion with "officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from industry-leading brands like HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL." Players will have access to a variety of tools, including fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, as well as personal protective equipment. Additionally, the game features "authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America," such as the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX.
