Overwatch 2 Unveils Exciting New Collaboration

Author : Oliver Apr 22,2025

Two years after their debut, the acclaimed Korean K-pop group Le Sserafim is set to make a thrilling comeback in the world of Overwatch 2. This exciting collaboration promises to blend the dynamic energy of K-pop with the intense action of Blizzard's team-based shooter.

As part of this new event, a selection of heroes will be adorned with unique skins inspired by Le Sserafim. Fans can look forward to seeing Ashe, whose companion B.O.B. will transform into a guard reminiscent of the group's past music video. Other heroes receiving these exclusive skins include Illari, D.Va (marking her second collaboration), Juno, and Mercy. Adding to the excitement, recolored versions of last year's skins will also be available for purchase.

What makes this event particularly special is that the heroes for these new skins were handpicked by the members of Le Sserafim themselves, each choosing characters they most enjoy playing in the game. This personal touch underscores the deep connection between the group and their fans, enhancing the appeal of the skins. All of these stunning designs were crafted by Blizzard's Korean division, ensuring a culturally rich and authentic representation.

Mark your calendars: the event is scheduled to kick off on March 18, 2025. Don't miss out on the chance to see your favorite heroes reimagined through the lens of Le Sserafim's vibrant style.

Overwatch 2, the sequel to the iconic game Overwatch, is a team-based shooter developed by Blizzard. The sequel introduced a PvE mode featuring story missions, enhanced graphics, and new heroes. Despite the initial excitement, the PvE mode has faced challenges. Recently, the developers made significant updates, including the return of the beloved 6v6 format, the introduction of a new perk system, and the reintroduction of loot boxes, echoing the original game's features.
