Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Award-Winning Metroidvania, Now on Mobile!

The much-anticipated Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has finally made its way to Android devices. Originally launched on PC by Ubisoft in January 2024, this metroidvania action game lets you step into the shoes of Sargon, a young and agile warrior from the Immortals.

Here’s the Story

Your mission begins when Queen Thomyris enlists you and your squad to rescue her son, Prince Ghassan. This quest leads you to Mount Qaf—a once divine city now twisted by time, teeming with warped creatures and cursed landscapes.

Despite being a single mountain, Mount Qaf in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is incredibly diverse. From the ruins of an ancient temple to a forgotten desert, the map is vast yet intricately interconnected. Players can even take photos of their surroundings to aid navigation.

The game introduces innovative mechanics like the ability to drop a shadow and teleport back to it at will, enhancing both platforming and combat dynamics. Scattered across the map are amulets that allow you to customize Sargon’s abilities, adding depth to the gameplay.

Sargon boasts powerful ultimate moves called Athra Surges, perfect for dramatic fight endings. Additionally, various quests enrich the lore of Mount Qaf, offering numerous collectibles and challenges to keep you engaged. Be sure to watch the trailer below to see it in action.
