"New Puzzle Craze: Letterlike Marries

Wordsmiths, rejoice! A new roguelike word game, Letterlike, is here, blending the best of Balatro and Scrabble. Prepare for a unique fusion of vocabulary mastery and roguelike unpredictability!

Crafting Words in Letterlike:

Letterlike's roguelike nature ensures each playthrough offers a fresh challenge with procedurally generated letter sets and obstacles. The possibilities are endless, leading to countless victories.

Each game begins with a set of letters. Your objective: create words, earn points, and conquer levels. Each level comprises three rounds.

To progress, you must accumulate sufficient points by forming high-scoring words, similar to Scrabble. However, you only have five attempts (lives) per round, demanding strategic wordplay.

Facing an undesirable letter combination? Don't despair! You can discard letters, but this option is limited, so choose wisely.

A handy rearrange mode allows you to drag, drop, and shuffle letters to optimize your word creation.

The final round of each level introduces a twist: certain letters become useless, yielding zero points.

Earned points and rewards unlock helpful items to enhance your gameplay. Some buffs are automatic, while others require reaching specific levels. Collected gems unlock powerful upgrades, simplifying future runs.

Ready to Play?

Letterlike is a simple, minimalist, yet highly addictive game. Share your runs (including those cursed letter combinations!) with friends using shared seeds for collaborative frustration (or triumph!).

Enjoy an ad-free experience with a single in-app purchase, playable offline. A free demo is available to test the waters before committing. Find Letterlike on the Google Play Store and give the demo a try.
