⚫︎ Exciting news for console gamers: Bad Guitar Studio has announced that FragPunk will hit PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on April 29. This free-to-play 5v5 hero shooter first made its debut on PC via Steam on March 6. Initially planned for a simultaneous console release, the launch was pushed back to ensure optimal performance. The upcoming console version will feature cross-play functionality, allowing seamless gameplay across all platforms.

⚫︎ FragPunk enthusiasts received a new balance update on March 18, implemented without any server downtime. This update brings several key changes: an increase in overall movement speed, optimized footstep audio effects, and balanced weapon and Lancer abilities. The "Hide your name" feature has been disabled to enhance anti-cheat measures. Additionally, numerous gameplay and UI bugs have been fixed to enhance your gaming experience.

⚫︎ Bad Guitar, the developer behind FragPunk, has announced a delay in the console release due to unforeseen technical challenges in optimization and adaptation. This decision came after compliance testing for the Xbox and PlayStation versions revealed issues, leading to a postponed launch to maintain a consistent experience across all platforms.

To make up for the delay, all console players will receive rewards based on their engagement once the console versions launch. These rewards include in-game currencies, cosmetics, and experience boosts. Stay tuned for more details in future updates.
