Guncho: A Wild West Turn-Based Puzzler from Arnold Rauers
Arnold Rauers, the creator of titles like ENYO, Card Crawl Adventure, and Miracle Merchant, presents his latest creation: Guncho, a captivating turn-based puzzle game. Similar in spirit to ENYO, Guncho transports players to the American Wild West, where they'll don a cowboy hat and assume the role of a gunslinger battling against evil.
Become Guncho
Set against the rugged backdrop of the untamed frontier, Guncho challenges players to outsmart cunning bandits. As Guncho, a lone gunslinger, you'll employ unique positional shooting mechanics to overcome your adversaries.
Strategic Gameplay
Guncho's gameplay unfolds on a grid-based terrain. Strategic movement and precise aiming are crucial to victory. Clever use of environmental elements, such as explosive barrels and treacherous cacti, can significantly tip the scales in your favor. Randomly generated levels ensure high replayability, offering opportunities to collect upgrades and hone your skills before facing formidable bosses.
Guncho seamlessly blends roguelike elements with strategic depth. Curious to see it in action? Check out the gameplay trailer below!
Worth a Shot?
Guncho boasts a diverse range of boss encounters and levels, offering considerable replay value. A competitive leaderboard adds an extra layer of engagement for those seeking a challenge. Available for free on Android, the full game can be unlocked for $4.99. Even the free version provides a substantial amount of gameplay.
Note that a demo achievement for defeating the boss is no longer obtainable after the full game's release due to the demo's removal. The full version doesn't significantly expand beyond the core gameplay of the demo, excluding the achievement.
