How to Complete All Arata Stages in GHOUL://RE
Unlocking all three Arata stages in GHOUL://RE is a challenging yet rewarding journey. While the process isn't skill-intensive, it does require significant Reputation grinding. Here's how you can achieve it:
Arata Stage 1 in GHOUL://RE
To kick things off, you'll need to amass 25,000 Reputation points and reach the rank of Special Investigator within the C.C.G. organization. Head to the Commission of Counter Ghoul (C.C.G. center) and locate Damiro D. Mado on the second floor. He'll task you with collecting 10 one-eyed fragments and 10 Kokuja fragments.

The quickest way to gather these fragments is by defeating bosses like Eto and Tatara, then crafting them at a crafting station. To check your Reputation, speak to Saiyo Natsuki, who is dressed in a black suit and tie. Once you have all 20 fragments, craft them into five one-eyed Kokuja fragments at the crafting table. Return to Damiro, and he'll direct you to speak with "him," who is revealed to be Black Reaper of Doom And Despair. Use our guide on all NPC locations in GHOUL://RE to find him easily.
Arata Stage 2 in GHOUL://RE
For stages 2 and 3, you must play in permadeath (PD) mode to acquire the legendary armor. Team up with reliable allies, as solo missions can be frustrating.
Once you've earned 100,000 Reputation points, head to the elevator in the C.C.G. building and go to the Laboratory. Speak to Black Reaper of Doom And Despair, who is standing next to the door, and give him the five one-eyed Kokuja fragments. This will complete Stage 2 of acquiring the Arata-Proto armor.

Note that some players have speculated about the necessary Reputation, but our experience confirms that 100,000 points are needed for guaranteed success. Remember, play Arata Stages 2 and 3 in PD servers only to avoid repeated responses from the Black Reaper and ensure progression.
Arata Stage 3 in GHOUL://RE
The final stage requires a one-eyed Kakuja fragment and 500,000 Yen. Visit Black Reaper of Doom And Despair in the C.C.G. building, pay him, and he'll teleport you to face the Kishou Arima boss.

Defeating Kishou Arima requires some gaming skills, but with practice, even average players can succeed. Be prepared for multiple attempts, as each retry will cost an additional one-eyed Kakuja fragment and 500,000 Yen. Upon defeating him, you'll unlock Stage 3 of the Arata-Proto armor.

Arata-Proto Armor Buffs
While Arata armor provides significant benefits, it also drains your hunger rapidly and prevents you from eating while equipped. You'll need to remove the armor to replenish hunger.
The armor's advantages include immunity to ragdolling, making you a formidable force in any scenario. Additionally, Arata enhances your character's tankiness, allowing you to sustain and deal substantial damage. Be cautious, as prolonged use can deplete your health bar if your hunger runs out.

Reputation Grinding
The fastest way to accumulate the required Reputation is by fighting bosses in PD mode, which grants 1,500 Reputation per kill, compared to 500 outside of PD. Killing Ghouls yields only 100 Reputation points, making them less efficient for grinding during Arata quests.
