New Assassin's Creed Shadows Trailer Showcases PC Version Features

Ubisoft has released a new trailer showcasing the impressive PC features of Assassin's Creed Shadows. The trailer highlights support for upscaling technologies like DLSS 3.7, FSR 3.1, and XeSS 2, ensuring optimal performance across a range of hardware. Ultra-wide monitor support, along with RTGI and RT Reflections, promise a visually stunning experience. Extensive settings cater to both high-end and lower-spec PCs, making the game accessible to a wider audience. A built-in benchmark tool allows for easy performance testing and optimization.

Minimum specifications for 1080p at 30 FPS include an Intel Core i7 8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, and an NVIDIA GTX 1070 (8 GB) or AMD RX 5700 (8 GB) graphics card. For a 4K, 60 FPS experience at ultra settings with advanced ray tracing, players will need an Intel Core i7 13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, and an RTX 4090 (24 GB) graphics card.

Ubisoft has partnered with Intel for optimization, promising strong performance on Intel processors. Post-launch performance on AMD systems will be evaluated. Following improvements seen in Mirage over previous titles like Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla, fans are hopeful that Assassin's Creed Shadows will deliver a smoother, stutter-free experience.

Assassin's Creed Shadows launches March 20th on PC and consoles.
