While not the fastest CPU available, it's perfectly adequate for gaming, as performance is primarily GPU-dependent. Note that the motherboard uses DDR4 memory, which is more affordable than DDR5, making RAM upgrades cost-effective. However, upgrading to DDR5 would require a new motherboard. With this CPU and GPU combination, a DDR5 upgrade wouldn't yield noticeable performance improvements.
