Legendary Fish Locations

Four Legendary Fish await discovery in Fields of Mistria. The game helpfully provides a daily notification ("A legendary fish is nearby") indicating their presence. However, remember to unlock the Legendary fishing skill (Tier 3, 80 Essences) in the Fishing Skill tree before attempting this quest. Catching all four in your first year is unlikely, so prioritize unlocking this skill before year two.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The Cherry Fish, a spring-exclusive find, favors ponds. The large eastern pond near the city is recommended, but the smaller pond by the Mistria Town Manor House is another option. Focus on small shadows; windy weather is key.

Summer – Lightning Fish

Summer brings the Lightning Fish, found in rivers during stormy weather. The Narrows (west of the city) offers two prime river locations, but explore other rivers as well. Look for medium-sized shadows.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The Leaf Fish, an autumnal resident, prefers rivers, particularly those along the Eastern Road. Windy weather is required; target small shadows.

Winter – Snow Fish

The Snow Fish, appearing only in winter during snowy conditions, is found along the beach. Explore the small western island for better chances. Its medium size makes it relatively easy to spot.

Utilizing Legendary Fish

Donate your Legendary Fish catches to the Museum. Collecting all four unlocks a reward: Fish Wings. Further Museum progress unlocks additional rewards, including furniture, recipes, and treasure chests.
