TRAGsoft is unveiling a thrilling new addition to its Coromon monster-taming RPG franchise: Coromon: Rogue Planet. This roguelike spin-off is slated for release across multiple platforms, including Android, in 2025.
A Roguelike Twist on Monster-Taming
The newly released trailer offers a glimpse into the exciting features awaiting players. Coromon: Rogue Planet retains the classic turn-based combat of its predecessor while incorporating engaging roguelite elements. Explore the ever-changing Veluan wilderness, boasting over ten diverse biomes that shift with each playthrough.
This new adventure introduces a "rescue and recruit" mechanic, allowing you to unlock seven unique playable characters by assisting them in the wild. Each character boasts a distinct playstyle, adding depth and replayability. Over 130 monsters, each possessing unique elemental affinities, personalities, and skills, await discovery and capture.
A meta-progression system ensures continuous character advancement, encouraging resource collection and strategic upgrades. Players will also contribute to an interstellar spaceship mystery, fostering a sense of community and shared progression.
