Valve continues to deliver regular updates to Deadlock, despite abandoning a fixed release schedule. The recent patch, while not monumental, is a significant update, with a detailed changelog available on the game's forum.

Following the January 18th introduction of four new heroes, balance adjustments were swiftly implemented. Holliday's Crackshot ability now affects units, halving its cooldown when doing so. Calico's Ava ability has been enhanced to destroy objects during its activation.
Existing heroes also received tweaks: Kelvin's health increased (600 to 650), Vendicta's bullet speed and movement speed were reduced (810 to 740, and 9 to 8 respectively). In total, eleven heroes, including the newly released characters, were impacted by these targeted changes.
Deadlock remains in closed beta, boasting a steady online player base fluctuating between 7,000 and 20,000 players.
