As we embrace the new year, Niantic is rolling out exciting content for Pokémon Go enthusiasts. While we eagerly await the upcoming Fashion Week, the Fidough Fetch event is currently in full swing, inviting you to embark on a thrilling adventure with friends. This event, live until January 7th, introduces the adorable Puppy Pokémon, Fidough, and its evolution, Dachsbun, to the world of Pokémon Go. Engage in a series of Global Challenges to earn fantastic rewards as you explore.

During the Fidough Fetch event, you'll have the opportunity to encounter Fidough throughout Pokémon Go. To evolve Fidough into Dachsbun, you'll need to gather 50 Candy by catching Fidough multiple times. Alongside this, Global Challenges will keep you engaged, challenging you to master Nice Curveball Throws to unlock progressively rewarding bonuses.

The rewards from these challenges are tiered, meaning the more you accomplish, the greater your rewards. Start by earning double XP for catching Pokémon, which can escalate to up to four times the XP and Stardust in later stages. Don't forget to redeem these *Pokémon Go codes* for some extra freebies!

In addition to Fidough, you'll have increased chances of encountering other beloved Pokémon in the wild, such as Growlithe, Voltorb, Snubbull, Electrike, Lillipup, and Poochyena. Keep an eye out for their shiny variants, and you might even spot Hisuian Growlithe and Greavard if luck is on your side.

If you're looking for a break from catching Pokémon, dive into the event-themed Field Research tasks. These tasks offer rewards like Stardust and Poké Balls, along with encounters with themed Pokémon. Also, don't miss out on the Pokémon Showcases, where you can proudly display your newly caught creatures.
