F.I.S.T. Is Back! Now Out On Sound Realms, The Audio RPG Platform

Sound Realms, home to audio RPGs like The Fortress of Death, Mace & Magic, and Call of Cthulhu, welcomes a new addition to its lineup: Steve Jackson's F.I.S.T., the groundbreaking interactive telephone RPG, now fully remastered for modern platforms.

Originally launched in 1988, F.I.S.T. (Fantasy Interactive Scenarios by Telephone) was a revolutionary concept. Players used their landlines to navigate a choose-your-own-adventure story, making selections via phone prompts—a truly innovative audio experience long before the advent of mobile apps. Created by Steve Jackson, the mind behind the Fighting Fantasy series, and Computerdial, this classic is now available on Sound Realms.

The Sound Realms adaptation features professional voice acting, an orchestral score, and immersive sound effects. While the inclusion of features from the original, such as the Black Claw Tavern (a social hub for players), remains uncertain, this faithful recreation promises a captivating audio experience.
