Rome now boasts Italy's largest video game museum: GAMM, the Game Museum, is officially open to the public. Located in Piazza della Repubblica, this exciting new venture is the brainchild of Marco Accordi Rickards, a writer, journalist, professor, and CEO of Vigamus.
Rickards, a passionate advocate for preserving and celebrating video game culture, describes GAMM as a journey blending history, technology, and interactive gameplay exploration. The museum is a natural evolution of Vigamus, another Rome-based gaming museum that has welcomed over two million visitors since its 2012 opening.
GAMM occupies 700 square meters across two floors, divided into three captivating thematic areas. Before exploring the details, take a peek at the museum [ttpp]!
