GTA 6 Second Trailer Out Now!

Meet Jason and Lucia

Rockstar Games has kept fans on the edge of their seats with the announcement of a delay for the much-anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6). To soften the blow, they released the second trailer on May 6, giving us a deeper look into the next-gen Vice City and its residents.

The trailer introduces us to the game's dual protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. According to GTA 6's official website, their backgrounds and motivations are intricately woven into the fabric of Vice City's bustling streets.

The story synopsis reveals, "Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive."

Jason, a former soldier, is trying to escape his troubled past. He now finds himself in Leonida Keys, working for local drug runners. His encounter with Lucia could be pivotal, and he hopes it will lead to a better future.

Lucia, on the other hand, learned to fight from her father at a young age. Her rough upbringing led her to Leonida Penitentiary. Fresh out of prison, she's determined to make smarter choices to provide a better life for her mother, one they dreamed of back in Liberty City. A life with Jason might just be her ticket to turning the odds in her favor.

Players will experience the journey of Jason and Lucia alongside the colorful inhabitants of the sunny Leonida Keys.

A Conspiracy Theorist, Local Vice City Legend, Seasoned Bank Robber, and More

Boobie Ike, a local legend, transformed his street life into a legitimate empire, owning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. The game will delve into the music scene with characters like Dre’Quan and the music duo Real Dimez.

Vice City, inspired by Miami, encapsulates "the glamour, hustle, and greed of America." First introduced in 2002's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and revisited in 2006's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, it's a city of beachfronts and endless parties.

The trailer highlights key locations such as the tropical Leonida Keys, the vast Grassrivers, the forgotten coast of Port Gellhorn, the bustling heart of Leonida in Ambrosia, and the iconic Mount Kalaga.
