The Remembrance path, familiar from Honkai: Star Rail's Simulated Universe, now offers a unique playable character path in the massive version 3.0 update. Unlike its Simulated Universe role, the playable Remembrance path focuses on summoning units, much like Jing Yuan's Lightning Lord. These summons provide diverse support and damage capabilities.

The Ice Remembrance Trailblazer's primary role centers around their summon, Mem. Mem enables allies to inflict True DMG, but its real strength lies in its support abilities: advancing ally actions and boosting Crit Rate and Crit DMG. This solidifies the Trailblazer as a support unit within this path. However, due to the path's newness, optimal Light Cone choices are initially limited.

Avoid damage-focused Light Cones like Sweat Now, Cry Less (4-star), Geniuses' Greetings (4-star), or Time Woven Into Gold (Aglaea's 5-star). These don't complement the Trailblazer's supportive role. Here are better options:

Victory In a Blink

The Best Support Light Cone for Remembrance Trailblazer

S5 Passive: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 24%. When the wearer's memosprite uses an ability on any ally target, increases all ally targets' DMG dealt by 16%, lasting for 3 turns.

Victory In a Blink, obtainable from the Forgotten Hall's Light Cone Manifest Store, is the best F2P option. Its accessibility allows for easy acquisition and superimposition. While the Crit DMG boost isn't crucial for a support, the secondary effect—enhancing ally DMG—perfectly complements Mem's abilities.

Shadowburn

Best 3-Star Light Cone for Remembrance Trailblazer

S5 Passive: When the wearer summons memosprite for the first time in battle, recovers 1 Skill Point and regenerates 20 Energy for this unit.

Shadowburn offers convenience by speeding up battles. It recovers a skill point and generates energy upon Mem's initial summon. This is beneficial in shorter battles or turn-limited content. However, its effect only triggers once, limiting its utility in longer encounters.

Reminiscence

Best 3-Star Light Cone for Personal DMG

S5 Passive: When memosprite's turn starts, the wearer and the memosprite each gain 1 stack of "Commemoration." Each stack increases DMG dealt by 12%, stacking up to 4 times. "Commemoration" is removed when the memosprite disappears.

Reminiscence provides a DMG boost for Mem and the Trailblazer. While higher-tier Light Cones focus on Basic ATK or Crit Rate, Reminiscence offers value with its low investment. However, reaching full stacks takes up to four turns, making it more effective in longer battles.
