KLab Relaunches JoJo Game with New Partner

KLab Inc. has provided an update on their upcoming JoJo's Bizarre Adventure mobile game. Initially announced in early 2020, the project, developed in collaboration with Shengqu Games, experienced setbacks. However, KLab has partnered with Wanda Cinemas Games of Beijing to relaunch development.

After overcoming earlier hurdles, the game is back on track for a global release (excluding Japan) in 2026. Wanda Cinemas Games boasts a strong portfolio of successful mobile titles, including Hoolai Three Kingdoms Mobile Game, Calabash Brothers, Fortress Mobile Game, Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice, Tensura: King of Monsters, and The Legend of Qin.

Visit the official game website for details. For those unfamiliar with the source material, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a renowned manga series by Hirohiko Araki, debuting in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1987. It has since spawned successful anime adaptations and films.

The JoJo's universe blends reality with supernatural elements and thrilling battles. Storylines range from confronting ancient vampire lords to unraveling interdimensional mysteries.

This isn't the franchise's first foray into gaming. A Super Famicom RPG launched in 1993, followed by numerous titles. Popular Android games include JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Shooters (2014), JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Records (2017), and JoJo's Pitter Patter Pop! (2018).
