Revealed during Sony's State of Play 2025, Lies of P: Overture launches Summer 2025 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms. A gameplay trailer showcasing new environments, bosses, and a mysterious guide is available below.

Overture serves as a dramatic prequel, transporting players to Krat, a city in its Belle Époque twilight, moments before the devastating Puppet Frenzy. Players assume the role of Geppetto's puppet, guided by a Legendary Stalker, unraveling untold stories and chilling secrets.

As Geppetto's creation, you discover a mysterious artifact that catapults you to Krat's final days of splendor. Facing impending doom, your mission is to explore the past, uncovering dark secrets, surprises, loss, and vengeance. Neowiz, Lies of P's publisher, previously hinted at the first DLC and confirmed plans for a sequel. Lies of P achieved a million copies sold within a month of its September 18, 2023, launch across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam), and Mac (Mac App Store).
