Marvel Contest of Champions Welcomes Isophyne: A Brand New Champion

Kabam is introducing a completely original character to Marvel Contest of Champions: Isophyne. This fresh addition, designed by Kabam's creators, boasts a striking visual design reminiscent of the film Avatar, complemented by copper-toned metallic accents.

Isophyne's Unique Abilities

Isophyne enters the arena with a unique combat style. Unlike traditional champions who build power for special moves, Isophyne utilizes a "Fractured Powerbar" mechanic. This allows for unprecedented flexibility, enabling players to chain together special attacks in any order they choose. This unpredictable approach allows for diverse and adaptable strategies.

Mysterious Origins and Future Plans

Isophyne's backstory is shrouded in mystery, linked to the enigmatic Founders, a group set to be explored further in 2025. For now, players can appreciate her fierce appearance and formidable abilities.

Kabam's 10th Anniversary Celebration

This new champion launch coincides with Marvel Contest of Champions' 10th anniversary. Kabam is celebrating with a series of surprises throughout the remainder of 2024 and into 2025. October's surprises included Glorious Guardian Reworks, an Alliance Super Season, and 60 FPS gameplay. Four more surprises are planned for November.

The game is available on the Google Play Store, with Halloween events and a 28-day October Battle Pass currently running.
