Mortal Kombat 1 Leak Hints at New DLC Roster

A recent data mine suggests the next wave of DLC characters for Mortal Kombat 1. This potential leak reveals six characters: three returning Mortal Kombat veterans and three highly anticipated guest fighters. While Kombat Pack 1 concludes with Takeda Takahashi's release (early access July 23rd, general release July 30th), the rumor mill is already churning regarding a Kombat Pack 2.

Dataminer Interloko's latest findings point towards the inclusion of Cyrax, Noob Saibot, and Sektor from the Mortal Kombat universe, alongside guest characters Ghostface (from the Scream franchise), Conan the Barbarian, and the T-1000 from Terminator 2. While this leak aligns with previous hints, particularly concerning Ghostface (evidenced by a recent voiceline discovery), it's crucial to remember this information remains unconfirmed. Past leaks, suggesting Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, and the Doomslayer, haven't materialized.

Potentially Leaked Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack 2 Characters:

  • Conan the Barbarian
  • Cyrax
  • Ghostface
  • Noob Saibot
  • Sektor
  • T-1000

The appearance of Ghostface in multiple leaks adds credence to this particular prediction. However, NetherRealm Studios has yet to officially announce Kombat Pack 2, leaving the release date and the final roster uncertain. More information is expected following Takeda Takahashi's launch in late July. Until then, consider this exciting speculation, but not definitive confirmation.
