Pokémon GO Announces Might and Mastery Event Featuring Legendary Pokémon Companion!

Get ready for an action-packed season in Pokémon GO with the Might and Mastery event, set to kick off on March 4th, 2025, and run through June 3rd, 2025. This event is all about martial arts, featuring the introduction of a new Pokémon and a legendary debut that will thrill players worldwide.

Who’s the Might and Mastery in Pokémon GO?

The star of the show is Kubfu, a Fighting-type powerhouse that will join you to train and evolve into either its Single Strike Style or Rapid Strike Style Urshifu forms during the event. Additionally, the Might and Mastery season introduces Dynamax battles, allowing certain Pokémon to grow to colossal sizes in combat. Witness Kubfu showcase its strength in a massive way.

Embark on your journey with the Might and Mastery Special Research, available from March 5th at 10:00 a.m. until June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This research will unlock progressively over the season, so keep an eye on your research tab to not miss out on any exciting rewards.

The Powerful Potential event, from March 5th to March 10th, marks Kubfu's official debut in Pokémon GO. Note that Kubfu cannot be traded, sent to the professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME, making it a unique addition to your team.

Participate in Epic Battles

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., engage in Max Battles where Power Spots will refresh more frequently. One-Star Max Battles will feature Dynamax Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, while Six-Star Max Battles will introduce Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. Challenge Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea in One-Star Raids, and face off against Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye in Three-Star Raids.
