What is the Water Bubble?
Image via Fisch DiscordThe Water Bubble surrounds you in a protective sphere, granting you the ability to breathe underwater, similar to the Diving Gear. It boasts a longer duration (approximately 9 minutes, matching the Advanced Diving Gear) and a significantly cooler aesthetic.
Acquiring the Water Bubble

Screenshot by The EscapistLocate the Bubble Mermaid NPC at the shore of the largest island in the Grand Reef (the same island housing the Shipwright and Marley). She'll offer to help you breathe underwater in exchange for $C25,000 and three Resins.
Obtaining Resins
Screenshot by The EscapistTo acquire Resins, navigate to the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680) and begin fishing. Your success rate depends on your equipment: the Kraken Rod and favorable server luck can boost your chances to 10-20%, while lacking these significantly reduces your odds (to approximately 0.04%). You'll need three Resins in total.

Once you've collected three Resins, return to the Bubble Mermaid, pay her the required amount, and claim your Water Bubble!
