Novel Rogue Lands on Android!

KEMCO's latest Android release, Novel Rogue, is a captivating pixel-art fantasy JRPG and roguelite experience. This card deck-building adventure plunges players into a world brimming with magic, strategic combat, and intriguing narratives.

Players assume the role of Wright, a young apprentice under the tutelage of Yuisil, the Witch of Portals, within the Ancient Library. Wright's journey involves delving into the stories contained within four magical books, each transporting him to a unique and distinct world.

One book's narrative centers around aiding a princess knight in reclaiming her fallen kingdom, while another unveils the enigmatic mysteries of the underworld. The dynamic nature of the game ensures that every playthrough offers a fresh and unpredictable experience, as player choices significantly impact the unfolding events.

Gameplay Mechanics:

Novel Rogue's core gameplay revolves around a turn-based card battle system, with notable variations depending on the book currently being explored. Each of the four worlds features its own unique deck-building mechanic. Players defeat enemies, choose from three new cards after each encounter, and strategically craft their ultimate deck.

The game also incorporates a "Change" command, allowing for the redistribution of damage among allies. "Novel Power," fueled by ink, enhances deck strength, while "Deep Record" mode significantly increases dungeon difficulty for players seeking a more challenging experience.

Exploration rewards players with treasures that can be gifted to characters, fostering stronger relationships and potentially unlocking special endings. Furthermore, "Witch Stones" allow for customization of character costumes, enabling players to personalize their aesthetic preferences.

Novel Rogue is available now on the Google Play Store as a free-to-play title. A premium version offers 150 bonus Witch Stones and additional benefits such as an ad-free experience. Stay tuned for our upcoming coverage of Diablo Immortal's Feast of Valenti event and Season 36 Battle Pass: Amberclad.
