Trainers, get ready! Pokémon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event brings Shroodle to the game on January 15, 2025. This Poison-type Mouse Pokémon, fresh from Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, isn't readily available in the wild.
Shroodle's Debut and Shiny Status:
Shroodle arrives as part of the Fashion Week event. While it will remain available after the event concludes, a Shiny Shroodle is not currently available. Expect its Shiny variant to appear in a future event, possibly a Poison-type or Team GO Rocket focused one.
Catching Shroodle:
Unlike many Pokémon, Shroodle isn't a wild spawn. Your only method for obtaining Shroodle is by hatching 12KM Eggs. These eggs, collected from January 15th onwards, have a chance to contain Shroodle. The probability might be higher during the Fashion Week event.
Acquiring 12KM Eggs:
12KM Eggs are a rare commodity, exclusively obtained by defeating Team GO Rocket Leaders (Sierra, Arlo, Cliff) or Giovanni. The Fashion Week event is an ideal time to stock up, as Rocket Radars will be more accessible. However, you can challenge Team GO Rocket Leaders at any time.
Evolving Shroodle into Grafaiai:
Grafaiai, Shroodle's evolution, also debuts on January 15th. It cannot be hatched or found in the wild; evolution is the sole method of acquisition. You'll need 50 Shroodle Candy, so hatch multiple Shroodle or make one your buddy to amass the necessary Candy.
Pokémon GO is available now. Happy hunting!
