Solo Leveling: Arise releases the new year’s first update with a brand new raid battle

Author : Finn Mar 27,2025

Netmarble has launched an exciting new year update for Solo Leveling: Arise, packed with fresh challenges and enticing rewards. The highlight of this update is the introduction of the Jeju Island Alliance Raid Event, a cooperative raid that encourages players to team up and clear dungeons, contributing to the overall raid progress. This event features four operations, and players can enhance their progress by sending support items to their allies.

Participants in the Jeju Island Alliance Raid will earn Jeju Island Raid Contribution Points and Coins, which can be exchanged for valuable rewards, including the Jeju Island Raid Celebration SSR Hunter Weapon Selection Ticket. Additionally, players can claim free rewards by redeeming Solo Leveling: Arise codes.

Accompanying the raid is the new Spire of Transfiguration stage, available in Easy and Normal difficulty levels. Here, players will battle Deimos, the Commander of Transfiguration, to acquire new Cores such as Eyes of the Watcher, Limbs of the Watcher, and Teeth of the Watcher.

A new hunter, Esil Radiru, has also been introduced. Voted as the most anticipated character by fans, Esil Radiru is a fire-type Ranger renowned for her expert spearmanship. Her Ultimate Skill, Cascading Glory, unleashes a relentless barrage of weapons on her enemies.

Players can engage in daily quests through the Train to Become a Formidable Combatant quest tree, earning a variety of rewards. Completing these missions can unlock Sung Jinwoo’s SSR weapons, such as Truth: Kasaka’s Venom Fang, along with other SSR Hunters like Cha Hae-In and Meilin Fisher.

The update also introduces new weapons for Sung Jinwoo and additional gear obtainable from the Jeju Island Alliance Raid Event. Limited-time events, including the Snow Flower! Check-In Gift Event and Daily Missions Event, offer rewards like the Azure Serpent Weapon Selection Chest. These events run until the end of February, so make sure to take advantage of them.
