Sonic Rumble: Pre-Launch Party Begins in the Philippines!
Remember that upcoming Sonic game, Sonic Rumble, where Sonic and friends swap high-speed chases for Fall Guys-style chaotic fun? After a successful closed beta test (CBT) in May, Sonic Rumble is now entering its pre-launch phase!
Pre-Launch Rollout:
SEGA has kicked off the first phase of the pre-launch in the Philippines, available on both Android and iOS. This initial phase will run throughout the summer, after which all gameplay data will be reset.
Phase 2 will bring the pre-launch to Peru and Colombia in the fall. Phase 3, encompassing additional regions, will follow, with specific locations yet to be announced.
Global pre-registration is planned for later this year or early next year, suggesting a full launch is on the horizon. With Fall Guys' recent success, it seems SEGA is aiming for a quick launch of Sonic Rumble.
Gameplay Details:
Sonic Rumble offers a series of mini-games packed with quirky obstacles and challenges. Play solo or team up with friends for some competitive action.
However, Sonic Rumble adds a unique twist: the inclusion of classic Sonic villains like Dr. Eggman! Expect unexpected encounters with these baddies as you navigate the obstacles.
