Seven support units currently grace Marvel Rivals, each offering unique strengths. While Jeff is a popular choice, he's not the top contender. Let's delve into the rankings:

Mantis excels as a healer and damage buffer. Her orb-consuming abilities provide both self-healing and ally damage boosts, with orbs regenerating automatically. Headshots provide an instant orb refill, making skilled players exceptionally powerful with her. While fragile, her simplicity makes her accessible to beginners.

Luna Snow, another S-tier support, combines healing with offensive capabilities. Her Ice Art enhances healing and damage, while her Ultimate, Fate of Both Worlds, offers an AoE effect that heals or damages based on target. Her ease of use and focus on positioning make her ideal for new players. Her damage output, however, remains secondary to her support role.

A Tier

Adam Warlock and Cloack & Dagger

Adam Warlock's standout feature is his multi-teammate revive. His Ultimate, the Quantum Zone, brings back fallen allies with temporary invincibility, even allowing multiple revives of the same character. His Avatar Life Stream heals allies, and Soul Bond shares damage while providing a heal-over-time effect.

Cloak & Dagger offers a unique blend of support and damage. Cloak's attacks heal or damage, providing self-sustainability, while Dagger focuses on damage and applying Vulnerability debuffs. Dark Teleportation boosts ally movement speed and provides invisibility.

B Tier

Rocket Raccoon, Jeff, and Loki in Marvel Rivals.

Jeff the Land Shark, despite popularity, falls short of higher-tier healers in sustained combat. His simpler kit pales in comparison to Mantis's orb mechanics and Warlock's revives, making him better suited for casual support play.

Loki's effectiveness depends heavily on player skill. His healing and decoy summoning require strategic positioning. His Ultimate allows shapeshifting into other heroes for 15 seconds, offering unique tactical options.

Rocket Raccoon prioritizes utility and damage over pure healing. His Respawn Machine offers revives, but his kit leans towards hybrid DPS. His effectiveness hinges on player skill, and his small size makes him a vulnerable target.

Ultimately, while this tier list provides guidance, the best support character depends on individual play style and enjoyment.

Marvel Rivals is now available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
