Time Machine from Back to the Future Now Available in CSR2

Zynga's Custom Street Racer 2 (CSR2) is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Back to the Future with a time-traveling crossover event.

CSR2: A Back to the Future Experience

Starting now, players can add the iconic DeLorean Time Machine from the original film to their garage. While it lacks performance boosts or special abilities, it's fully drivable. Beyond the car, CSR2 offers a complete Back to the Future themed experience.

This includes a film-inspired in-game UI, a new storyline, and multiple events. Three flash events spotlight the DeLorean, alongside a community competition. Zynga promises additional themed events throughout the year, ensuring this isn't a one-off update. Currently, CSR2 is hosting social media quizzes with prizes. Check their channels for details.

The video below provides a preview of the Back to the Future integration in CSR2.

No 1955 Trip (Sadly!)

While the game doesn't offer time travel to 1955 (or 1999), the CSR2 x Back to the Future collaboration is unique. The opportunity to drive the DeLorean is a significant draw.

Zynga's VP of Games, Sam Cooper, emphasizes the DeLorean's iconic status and the excitement of letting players virtually race it to mark the film's anniversary.

Will you be taking the DeLorean for a spin? Download Custom Street Racer 2 from the Google Play Store to experience this exciting crossover.
