The competitive gacha game market shows fluctuating fortunes. February 2025 financial reports indicate revenue dips for several leading titles. This analysis examines the performance of key players, highlighting both declines and the potential for future growth.

Data reveals a downturn for three major miHoYo (HoYoverse) games. Honkai: Star Rail slipped from $50.8 million to $46.5 million in revenue, securing fourth place. Genshin Impact, following a peak driven by the Mavuika banner, experienced a substantial drop from over $99 million to $26.3 million, placing it sixth. Zenless Zone Zero also saw a decrease, falling from $26.3 million to $17.9 million, ranking eighth. However, upcoming content updates introducing new characters are anticipated to boost revenue for all three titles.
