Vampire Survivors is coming to PlayStation! UK developer Poncle has offered an update on the highly anticipated PS4 and PS5 ports of their hit roguelike. While a precise release date remains elusive, Poncle confirms a Summer 2024 launch window.
Initially released in December 2021, Vampire Survivors quickly gained acclaim, boasting a Nintendo Switch port and now making its way to PlayStation consoles. The development team explains the delay is due to navigating the unfamiliar PlayStation submission process and perfecting the Trophy system integration. Given the game's over 200 Steam achievements, creating a satisfying trophy experience for PlayStation players is a priority.

- Summer 2024
Poncle's transparency has been well-received, with many expressing excitement for the game's arrival and the prospect of earning a Platinum Trophy.
The recent May releases – the Operation Guns DLC (featuring Contra-inspired content, new characters, and weapons) and the Hotfix 1.10.105 – have further enhanced the Vampire Survivors experience. The DLC adds new biomes, 11 characters, 22 automatic weapons, and classic Contra music. The hotfix addressed bugs in both the base game and the new DLC.
