The Afternoon-Tea Set is a Food category item you can craft in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. However, you may notice it isn't in your craft catalog. This is because the Afternoon-Tea Set is a special request item. Special requests in Pocket Camp Complete are unlocked when you reach level 10/15 with an animal. Here's how you can unlock the special request to get the Afternoon-Tea Set.
How to Get Sandy in Pocket Camp Complete
What Level to Unlock Sandy
Before you can get the Afternoon-Tea Set, you'll need to unlock Sandy. To do this, you'll need to be level 20-29. During this range, you'll unlock 2 animals per level, so you could get Sandy as early as level 20 or as late as level 29.
After meeting Sandy, you should complete any requests she may have and talk to her when she appears on the map. In order to invite her to your campsite, you're going to need to get her to level 5 Friendship. You'll also need to craft the following furniture:

How to Craft Afternoon-Tea Set in Pocket Camp Complete
How to Level Up Sandy Quickly
Once you invite Sandy to your campsite, you'll want to increase her Friendship Level to 15 in order to unlock her special request. The quickest way to raise friendship is to give snacks, particularly the Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats. One Gold Treat gives 25 points. If you don't want to use treats, then you can give snacks that match Sandy's theme (Cool):
- Chocolate Bar
- Tasty Chocolate Bars
- Gourmet Chocolate Bars
You can also raise friendship by speaking to Sandy and choosing the red dialogue options (i.e: "Tell me a story!", "Need some help?", etc). You can also change her outfit, but you'll only get friendship points if Change outfit! is highlighted in red.
If you run out of requests to do for Sandy, you can use a Request Card to get more tasks to turn in. This only works if she isn't at your campsite. If you can't find Sandy on the map, you can use a Calling Card to summon her to her respective location.

The Afternoon-Tea Set takes 24 hours to craft and costs 10130 Bells to make. You'll also need these materials to make it:
- x2 Sparkle Stones
- x4 Cute Essence
- x75 Steel
- x75 Preserves

Happy Homeroom
The Afternoon-Tea Set is a Cute-themed furniture item, but you can place it with whatever furniture you want. More importantly, you should make the Afternoon-Tea Set to complete Sandy's special request. For turning it in, you'll get the following:

- +10 Friendship points
- x1 Request Card
- x1 Calling Card
