The Dark Knight's reign in the video game world was once a constant stream of new releases. Rocksteady's Batman Arkham series, in particular, revolutionized superhero gaming, setting a high bar that continues to influence the genre today.
Yet, the Bat-signal has dimmed considerably in recent years. A true, standalone Batman game hasn't graced our screens since 2017's The Enemy Within, and the future remains uncertain.
