The challenge tasks are:
- Be born a male.
- Work as a mail carrier for 15+ years.

Be Born a Male
This is the easiest step. Begin a new life, selecting "Male" during character creation, or utilize an existing male character. Location is irrelevant. If you have job packs and the Crime Special Talent, select it; this significantly boosts your chances of success in the final task and reduces the risk of imprisonment.
Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years
Avoid legal trouble while growing up. After high school graduation, search the full-time job listings for "Mail Carrier." A clean record ensures easier hiring. If unavailable, take any job, age up, and retry. Finding the position involves some luck. Once employed, maintain the job for at least 15 years (track progress via the challenge information at the top of the screen).
Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings
These tasks are best tackled concurrently. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up and select any available option. While the game doesn't reveal if your hookup is a mother, repeatedly hooking up over several years increases your chances of meeting this requirement.
To increase your odds of having children with flings, forgo condoms during hookups. This also raises your STD risk; visit a doctor or pray for a cure if necessary. Continue hooking up until both tasks are completed; you might even earn the Lustful Ribbon.
Murder Your Own Mother
Attempt this last to minimize prison risk. The Crime Special Talent significantly improves your chances of success. Go to Activities > Crime > Murder, select your mother as the target, and choose a murder method. Successful completion concludes the challenge.
Note: If your mother dies before you're ready, utilize Time Travel or start a new life.
Upon completion, you'll receive a chest containing a decorative item (hat, glasses, etc.) usable in future BitLife playthroughs.
