Master the Black Ops 6 Emergence Mission: A Comprehensive Guide

The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point, and it's a significant departure from the series' usual gameplay. This guide provides a complete walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. A malfunctioning elevator leads to a fall, mask breakage, and hallucinations. After the cutscene, the player regains control.

Locating the Security Desk

Your objective is to find a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs to the central elevator. Interacting with the elevator triggers a mannequin-zombie transformation; eliminate them. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the yellow card.

Securing the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies appear; eliminate them. A mannequin holds the yellow card, but interacting with it summons an abomination and its zombie horde. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly neutralize the abomination and its minions. Retrieve the yellow card from the abomination's remains.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ground and exit the A.C.R. room. Next, acquire the green card in the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility. Another phone call initiates a file-finding puzzle. Four documents must be placed in the display area. Mannequins will pursue you; maintain distance by sprinting. The files are located: one on a corner desk; one near a round table; one on a small central table; and one in the cafe near a sink. After placing the files, a red mannequin attacks; subdue it with the grappling hook until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat the Mangler to obtain the green card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the ringing phone, then locate camera stands around a glass chamber containing the blue card. A mimic spawns; eliminate it by shooting moving objects to force its transformation. Retrieve the blue card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the red card. Grapple to the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, climb ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Activate a timer and turn drain switches within 25 seconds (one in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, and one reached via grappling hook). Drain the water, follow the Mangler's path, fight it and its horde to obtain the red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator. Eliminate any pursuing zombies. A cinematic leads to the BioTech room, where you face numerous zombies and a Disciple. Defeat them; a final cinematic reveals the events were a hallucination.
