Botany Manor's PlayStation Debut Set for January 28th
Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the critically acclaimed puzzle game Botany Manor will now arrive on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on January 28th, 2025. The delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aimed to ensure a polished and optimal player experience.
Developed by Balloon Studios, Botany Manor charmed players on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC upon its April 2024 release. Its charming English countryside setting and magical plant-growing mechanics earned it widespread praise, solidifying its reputation as a top-tier puzzle game of 2024. The game boasts an impressive 83/100 average score and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic.
While a PS Store listing remains absent, pre-orders are expected soon. The PlayStation version is anticipated to maintain the $24.99 price point of other platforms, offering a one-time purchase free of microtransactions. Unlike the Steam version, a separate digital soundtrack is unlikely to be available.
Botany Manor is poised to enrich the PlayStation puzzle game library, joining other notable January 28th releases such as Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Son of Madness. Following its PlayStation launch, Botany Manor will be available on all initially announced platforms. Balloon Studios' next project remains unannounced.
