Gematsu uncovered pre-order listings on GameStop's website for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions of the game. Currently, the listings lack images or gameplay details.
This leak comes just hours before Sony's State of Play presentation, a 40-minute showcase. Given the timing and the absence of prior announcements, a formal unveiling of Digimon Story: Time Stranger during the event seems highly probable.
The Digimon Story series boasts a long history, beginning with the original Nintendo DS title in the mid-2000s. Subsequent releases, including Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth (2015), Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory (2017), and a 2019 Complete Edition, have expanded the franchise across various platforms. These RPGs typically involve befriending and battling Digimon.
